This process requires lightly abrading your floors to remove light scratches without sanding through the floors existing finish. At times on stained floors color corrections may be requested to rejuvenate high traffic areas. To finish up we apply two coats of low VOC polyurethane 

Installation of hardwood is a process that takes skill and precision.  Starting with testing relative humidity of the house, subfloor and materials. Ensuring all of these are in their proper range before installing starts. Proper care must be taken to insure the subfloor is ready to use. Making sure the subfloor is flat and has an appropriate vapor barrier will limit your floors movement as time goes on.
